Mobile Grooming is as convenient as you allow it! You have the freedom to be home, be at work, run some errands, etc! Your pet will be groomed right on your property!

When booking an appointment (online or over the phone) you’ll decide which day and the route will assign you a time. I recommend picking a day you have the most flexibility with to be sure your assigned time is doable! I love getting pictures of pets so please send them my way! This helps me determine about how long I’ll be at the stop, and I can give better quotes.

The day of your appointment is very simple! I do my best to let clients know when I'm 10 minutes away. I ask that your try to round up your pooch and be ready to discuss hair cut or health changes when I arrive.
When you see my truck pull up, please stay put until I come to your door! I have a few things to set up and turn on but this takes less than 5 minutes!

No I don't need any water or electric hook up! Everything in my salon on wheels is ready to go, mobile is meant to be convenient!

If you decide not to be home during your appointment, I'll need a safe way to enter the house and ask that you have your pet in a room where I can easily get them! A bathroom, gated room, or garage is a good example. I rather not wander around your house, and not being able to retrieve your pet would result as a "no show" (different from a last minute cancellation) and full payment would be expected.

After I'm done I'll simply hand you back your pooch, make sure everything is okie dokie, take payment, and head off to the next stop! It's that easy!
